I use a lot of creative common license music which is royalty free music for projects like this, I get people using my music on youtube all the time and I've never heard of anyone on the site charging anyone. It's free to download the music and use it in your projects as long as you are not selling the music. I'm a big fan of looperman and ccMixter, I get all my music from there. Tons of great indie artist. Hopefully you can find something you can use.

hey ccmixter.org has GREEAT awesome amazing beautiful music for free :) you have to kind of go through thier stuff to find what you are looking for but thier music is awesome... I have been using them in my videos also kinkykurlyqueen uses them in her videos and moptopmaver :) and there stuff is free if you are looking for instrumental's or whatever you just have to type that in the search box and it will find it for you (but you have to click "dig" first...) hope this helps anyone.

Mmmm, I'm not sure, I've never used it, but Taren916 used to use it all the time, check back on one of her old OneTrueMedia Videos and see if there are ads placed... if not, check to see if she was using any copyrighted music, if not, then I'd assume that you can't make revenue off OTM... cool.. I haven't applied for YTP..but they did allow me to do video's over 15 mins.. Also have you tired magix music maker.. kimmaytube I think use this program.. It's where you can make ur own music..whatever beat you want.. I have used this..& made one song..lol I will get a music program

thanks for sharing :) I too just applied for partner and the past few weeks I deleted a lot of my older videos because of copyrighted music. Thanks also for sharing the websites I'll check out the Pond5... I also went ahead and bought the Magix Music Maker software.
