Nice ,i'd say you're a wery good player, Sprawlers, cause i know i'd get beaten for sure if i ever played against you (although i'm pretty good myself but i don't think as good as you), one thing i just have to say is that one of my friends who's got BT2, every time i fight with him he uses only Baby Vegeta (second stage i think) and uses the attack with the like 25 mini-ki blasts that do a lot of damage, and says "And you said you were good at this". Now is that lame or what?
Renegade you aren't saying anything about the melee of SS2 Vegeta which is good but you still don't talk about it,if the tiers were like what you said with Vegeta at the top without mentioning his melee...people like Piccolo and mystic Gohan would be bottom while Hercule would be at the top at the top.
the highest tier in the game with the right stats is vegeta that can turn ssj2 equip defense attack and blast 2 all 19 then add halo and that reduces the reload time of blast 2 and ultimate blast its real cheap and hes my best char lol try it sprawlers you will laugh your ass off on how cheap he is.
Try fighting Gt. Saiyaman, SSj3 Goku or Super Android 13 with the same set-up. You'll get owned by super explosive wave, which is much better than a ki volley.
Also, spamming ki volleys works on people who aren't so good at teleport escapes... including myself >_>
let me tell you something sprawlers when someone tries to connect with a super explosive wave and when they are in the middle just hold down the (Circle Button) and you will teleport then try to teleport again and again and again. i've only done it once. so if you do just teleport it once you wont fall to the ground then when its over do physical dmg and make sure he regrets it.

A super explosive wave is far more deadly than a mere ki blast volley. I don't need to remind you why. If you think SSj2 Vegeta is cheap, the characters I mentioned are flat out broken.
just try using kaiosen when you use hellzone grenade, and oh, btw, piccolo's the only character i thing i would stand a chance owning you with. besides:

hey sprawlers everytime you charge make sure you charge up your purple ki that gives piccolo a good offensive advantage, since it follows you and if he runs shoot normal ki blast if it connects try to throw a blast 2 in there.
How do you record that off of the Wii? Is it a program, disc, or a well-positioned camera?

If you can teleport an entire SEW, then you can easily teleport a ki blast volley from SSj2 Vegeta right?
