Based on the date, my best guess is this must have come from the cable-only station in Philadelphia at the time, Prism. After Gene Hart's passing, Mike Emerick and Bill Clement were contracted by the Flyers/Prism (Spetracore?) and that's definitely them calling the game.

Based on the date, my best guess is this must have come from the cable-only station in Philadelphia at the time, Prism. After Gene Hart's passing, Mike Emerick and Bill Clement were contracted by the Flyers/Prism (Spetracore?) and that's definitely them calling the game.

Correction, I think Gene Hart was doing the Flyer games on the radio doing this time after the team decided to have separate radio/TV broadcasts for the games in the late 80s I think. Hart died in 1999.

You're right. Hart didn't pass until years later and continued to do the radio broadcasts for a few years after being taken off the television broadcasts. I'm still pretty certain the footage is from Prism. It's possible it's from WPHL-17, since they also carried/aired a few Flyers' television broadcasts during at the time. (Later, WPSG Philly-57 took over that role.) However, both WPHL and WPSG only ever aired away games, and this game was played in Philly.
