I am sorry that this happened, but this looked precarious from the beginning. Too tight of a space especially with the cables across the area and the steel erected column. Hope noone was seriously hurt.

pretty sure it was that dangling wire and the insides of the rotor caught it causing the engine to lose traction of the rotor and go over speed and violently shaking the chopper

non è morto nessuno , quello che volava al minuto 0:16 non era la testa ma il cappello XD infatti l' elicottero ha irato su se stesso quindi quello a terra che poi è sceso camminando era il copilota se andate al minuto 0:33 e guardate la cabina si nota una testa con le cuffie che si muovo e quello probabilmente è il pilota che sta spegnendo l' elicottero XD

@mikeike5521 if you look closely at the middle of the screen right where the metal scaffolding is..you will see a cable swing from that pole and go right into the main rotor..it wasnt the pilot error..it was some dude didnt secure the cable well enough to the scaffolding..it came loose and swung into the rotor disc.

if you look early in the film there is a loose cable flapping around close to the tower, this gets sucked into the rotar blades and causes the accident, so the question is why was the cable loose.

i keep seeing references to the cablelike thing at :16 . i'm no expert, but the object everyone keeps mentioning looks more like a video artifact than a cable or rope in the scene. i dont think anything was dropped into the rotors

If you look real close you can see it get sucked into the rotor at 0:16

It appears that a cable was either lowered from above as the chopper was maneuvering or it hit the cable cut it and the cable got wound up in the center of the prop blades.

If you look earlier in the video, there is a cable that runs parallel to the tower. Just before impact, you can see the cable get flung somehow (by the rotors) and come down and happen to land in a way that makes it appear it was dropped.

One would have to hit the cable before the tower, so I bet nothing was dropped.

Nothing was dropped you see that at 0:16 because the blade just made contact with the cable making it move and show up on camera better.
