1/30 of a second to us, may be a very long time for another being.
The girl is not moving around quickly, nor is there rapid fluctuations in the light, so there should be no aberrations in her image.

It definately resembled reptilian for sure. And if we are hybrids of theirs, and they are 4 dimensional...the we in the 4th dimension could be one of them...good observation! very strange indeed

We are in a 2 dimensional picture. It does not look that way to us, because we are in it. It is a dream. Reality is just beyond the picture.
What is reptilian? We are mammals, but have qualities of reptiles- like hairless skin. How can we judge something that has not been validated, with clear evidence. I now question extra-dimensions, and how people understand and visualize them. How can we rise questions about other dimensions, when we don't even understand the nature of reality.

Why not become a 4th dimensional being and shapeshift into a 9 foot tall reptile and eat some children? Sadly, this is what goes on amongst those that have the knowledge and keep it for themselves and use it for evil. I do not think that is the case with this young girl, she is not one of the Elite.
What we see here may just be evidence of the 4th dimension.

I can see this on people at times, in my close family and friends. When a female friend of mine was going through a bad time her face became so distorted her Doctor told her she had legions on her brain.she had become an altered human I put my hand on her with compassion and the Image went away along with the legions on the brain.She is back to her pretty self again.We all are under the influence at times just some of us can see it.My brother has the gift also..

No contrast, lighten/darken, effects, nothing. Period.

Very interesting analysis. I appreciate you view point. I saw this video, with out your detailing, yesterday and noticed first that the girl has the look and "feel" of an abused child. It is dripping from her eyes before the changes. With that in mind I assume that what dwells in her is not a positive entity or entities.

I disagree. This was in Japan. The people here are very meek and shy.
I believe that the people with her, that I saw, were good and wise.
Her eyes were down most of the time, I saw little of them.
The girls eyes were down, and the two people with her had been looking up.
For me, this shows their respect and humility, because it seems likely that they are older and more mature than she. I have caught myself talking to people like this for several years.

Sometimes I could see them, and remember what they looked like. This started after I began research into alternative energy, and was experimenting. I believe that they were trying to help me. And I was helping some ones too. Maybe that is why I can spot them, seen something similar before. I know many are good, and the fact this video shows them for all to see, removes the question of their existence. More to come-
