  • Here this bhajan. This bhajan prove Bhagavan Swaminarayan is sarvopari. This bhajan is prepared form real incedent. Bhagavan is taking care of his bhagkt. This incedent is just 150 years old also.

  • swaminarayan

  • Jai Swaminarayan! Lovely kirtan! where did you get the pics from?

  • Jai swaminarayan, the pictures are mainly ones that i have taken from a Swaminarayan Temple, and the others are from websites, Glad you liked the kirtan, Jai swaminarayan.

  • which mandir are the pics from?

  • @DesiGirrll They are from the ISSO Temple in Leicester U.K. It is under the Original NarNarayandev Gadi, Under His Holiness, 1008 acharya shree Koshalendraprasadaji Mahraj.

  • yeah i thought i recognised Acharya maharaj....theres also the vadtal gadi too isnt there....are they classed as the secondary one since this is the original?

  • Jay Swaminarayan, Yes you are correct, the Ahemdabhad Acharya is present in the video. Yes there is also the vadtal gadi too. They are classed as the original gadi aswell. This is because when swaminarayan bhagvan was present on this earth, he created two gadis, one for each sector of india, because one gadi would not be able to handle the whole country. They both have equal power, and we must respect both Acharyas the same. They are both under the same original gadi, just Vadtal and Ahemdabad.

  • ahhh right i see....thanks for explaining it to me :)...by the way does the 1008 mean that there have been 1008 archaryas since Swaminarayan bhagwan's time!?? isnt that a bit much for just one gadi or is it because when they reach a certain age they pass on the title so it builds up?

    Jay Swaminarayan

  • 1008 is the term used to show the lineage of acharyas, it doesn't speicifically mean 1008 acharyas, as so far, in the vadtal gadi there have been 8, and in the ahemdabhad gadi there have been 7. They normally wait till the acharya has reached a certain age range, and then the gadi is passed on to the most suitable son, and if there are no son's in the family, then the dharmakul tree is looked at, and another blood relative of swaminarayan bhagvan is traced and given the seat. Jay swaminarayan.

  • oohhh ok...thanks!

    jay swaminarayan

  • one thing ive noticed alot ever since sumone pointed it out to me is that swaminarayan bhagwan gives ashirwad with his left hand compared to all the other gods giving with their right. was wondering if you know why...apparently there is some story behind it..

  • shreeji maharaj is sarvopari meaning he is the highest of all that the only reason he can give it with his left...he has the authority to do it no other avtar does
