I don't understand how "the enemy" can give you so much jip. I mean, isn't God able to protect you from "the enemy"? Are you sure it isn't just life giving you a bad time? If the devil is harrassing you, why doesn't he just kill you? Is it because he cannot, because he has enough power to hassle you but not to kill you? Or is God holding him back a bit, stopping him from killing you, but not from hassling you?

The date of war should be a the beginning of ramadan. Main point being is, in war, you strike your enemy when they're at their weakest. There's no such rule in war that says you have to attack them when they're strong. Strategically, doing so at the beginning of ramadan is the best way to go.
