@Chiiyo1992 All the sound clips used were just sampled from the original theatrical trailers for the movie. I think i used one in particular but i don't remember which it was. Short of that you could just use roxio or something else to record the parts you want from the actual movie and EQ out any undesired noise.

The main reason I don't have this available for download is that the song itself, minus the joker lyrics, was part of an album I was working on at the same time. I wanted to master the song without the joker lyrics before mastering it with. Now that it's done, it's really been a matter of me not having time to master the version on youtube. Once I do find the time though, I will re-upload the song, because if it is available for download, I would want it to be the best quality sound i can do.

After i ripped the clips that are used from the theatrical trailers, the song pretty much built itself up from there. However, now that i have the movie, i wouldn't be against ripping some new lines as well as making use of old ones and trying to do a much darker song like you're suggesting. Thank you for the idea. It would be a lot of fun to make something new and then hear your thoughts on it.

i think you're confusing remixing with using samples. The opening of this song uses a clip from one of the Dark Knight trailers. To say this was a remix would imply that I had taken the Joker theme that this song is a video response to and was using it as a basis. I say again, the clips of the Joker in this song are all from The Dark Knight trailers, and with those as the only exception, the song itself is a completely original work.

Thank you, yes, the song itself is completely original excluding all clips of the Joker. Everything was done in FL Studio 8.

I pretty much ripped the clips from the official trailers I could find on youtube using Roxio 8, saved them as wav files, then built up the song as I placed the wavs along the way.

And yeah, the slideshow's about the best I can do. I've got no skill when it comes to movie making, lol.
