i can relate to the torment she went through in this vid. i also was born with club foot, not as bad but still painful, it doesnt bother me now, but my first 3 years, it was in and out of leg casts.

she was born with a rare neuromuscular disorder called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita. The video is showing her last round of Serial Casting for Clubbed Foot Recurrence - which is common in AMC children. The serial casting is done in hopes to avoid future unnecessary surgeries.

Mi hijo nacio con arthrogriposis multiples ,en la actualidad tiene 24 años ,cuando nacio fue el golpe màs terrible jamas recibido pero la rehabilitacion en la TELETÒN DE CHILE bajo la supervisiòn del doctor PATRICIO NUÑEZ ,quien lo opero de pies box, caderas (ambas),manos para darlas vuelta y poder usar los utencilios y computador ,hoy es un hombre felizmente casado,por recibirse de ingeniero de ejecucion,tiene una pyme,tiene un plotter,sacò licencia de conducir y es un joven independiente.

My daughter has Arthrogryposis, She was born with bilateral clubbed feet.

Clubbed feet is a very common occurrence in children born with AMC, Not all children are affected in all four limbs. Not all children are born with clubbed feet. My daughter is affected in all four limbs. Because of the procedure she had done on her feet at 11 months old she had a recurrence , the reason why we are serial casting here - in hopes to avoid future surgeries.

My almost-3 years-old baby also has ACM. I met Dr van Bosse in NY but, as we live in Florida, my Baby goes to Tampa Shriners Hospital. Thank to those who are helping us.

i had these surgeries in 1974. plus my right wrist. I hhope everyone loves every step medical breaktthroughs have given the improvements to just live an almost normal life..........bless every step thank you for sharing
