That 4903 did not go to East St. Louis, it showed up on today's A431 to Decatur, dead in tow. I guess L551 set it out in Mattoon's yard when the train got there last night.
Too bad 663 got a P5, it used to have a excellent RS3L. They seem to be changing the J's with the best horns to P5s and some of the lesser perfect ones haven't been changed. At least 665 still has a leslie!
@BNSF2184 Yeah exactly, 670 is another good example, it had a perftect RS3L and CN replaced it with a P5. 673 had a good one but that one got replaced with a P3. 667 got its perfect RS3L replaced with a P5 also, and 667's P5 isn't the greatest P5 out there.

And The 1015 and 4903 aren't for East. STL. Only CN SD70M-2s, SD75Is, ES44DCs and C44-9Ws go to Metro East for warranty work.

I checked out a video of 663 w/ its leslie and it did sound good. But 662's however should be replaced cuz it sounds like a TPW horn lol.
