As you see the snake is the one that's trying to get away here :D
Also, they are not poisonous and the have very small fangs. IF it would bite it would not be a great deal.
Don't worry about anything in the water. The dangerous sharks lure in Phuket's bars ;P

Are these snakes poisonous? I'm going to phuket in November and certainly wouldn't want to be bitten by one of these.
