The place that you must have taken this video from has to have been within the exclusion zone. Not only is it illegal to go in there, but also incredibly stupid and dangerous. You are extremely lucky to be alive as the area was devastated on the 12th Feb. This kind of video encourages risky behaviour and is extremely irresponsible.
