  • Great review alricblood

  • hard decision between this both, for me too :-) thx for your vid

  • were can i get the sheath for the surge i hate the snap one that came with mine i cant use it

  • i just got a surge and am not sure whether i like it or not as it's alot larger and heavier in person.

  • Excellent review. I think I'm going to have to get a Surge to upgrade my Wave. I love the Wave, but the bigger scissors and the awl are really nice.

  • awesome video, ordering my Surge!!! ..... but,... maglite solitaire is not even close to be the perfect little flashlight :)

  • great

  • subbed. nice videos. thank you.

  • s30v isn't strong, it's hard which makes it brittle but, also makes it have better edge retention. it is also more difficult to resharpen.

  • Thank you!

  • does it rattle? my surge rattles a bit when closed...

  • great video review.

i decide to get the surge.

but the only one i fine everywhere is stinginess or black. no camo.

    where you purchase it?

    can you give me info?

    thanks.

  • Very insightful video review. Thank you.

  • u just killed the spidermannn

  • Yes, that surge seems like the absolute top of the range. Even thought they both have too many screwdrivers because you already have the changeable bits, so why do you need the fixed screwdrivers?

thanks for the review, you just need to tend to those animals in the background. maybe they're hungry?

  • Excellente vidéo, très bonne présentation ! L'idée de couper du papier avec un coupe-câble pour en tester la qualité est intéressante. Merci.

  • got me sold on the surge. i have the tti but now i gotta have that surege because of the removable file blade

  • You put-up some nice, informative videos. Thank you for your time & efforts! Unfortunately (for me I guess), I have a hard time listening to them - as I hear in the background, what I assume to be caged birds screaming for attention. From my own experience there's a problem here that you're either not dealing with or dealing with improperly. Some folks just shouldn't own birds... but then again, I could be entirely wrong. I hope I am. Other than that; Thanks for the very well presented info.

  • nice comparison, great info thanks!

  • Nice job. Great comparison. Love the tropical jungle sounds that's how we know you are the real deal. Btw nylon is pronounced nye-lawn not neon. Fantastic work helped me decide which to buy.

  • can you do a video using the diamond file to sharpen your knife point? i have both the Wave and the Surge, i know its not the best way to sharpen them but im curious on how well it might work! Great videos and keep them coming!!!!!

  • Great video, thanks a lot

  • I own the Charge TTI, had it for 2yrs now and im wishing I got the surge! The removable sharpener, heavy duty scissors and larger pliers + straight blade make it superior! If anyone wants to swap with me email me on: inhisservice777@gmail.com ;D

  • Nice video! I like the camouflage looking multi-tool! Someday imma own one like u! :]

  • good job. I am planning to get a Surge like that at Gander Mountain!

  • @ColinOutdoors...WOW!!! I'm honored that you like my video. I love to watch your video. Thanks for the comment. Yes, the mossy oak surge camo is very beautifully design. I'm glad I was able to get one since they are only made in limited number and only available over seas in Great Britain.

  • Very good comparison. I also have the Mossy Oak Surge, a beautiful tool :-)

  • That's one cool looking Surge. I love that camo look.

  • @n9las...You are right. Each Leatherman multitool has their unqiue advantages, and some more than others for specific needs. I all boils down to personal preference. For me the Surge is not that heavy as a EDC because I'm a big guy, and I like the feel of my tool to be strong and durable. The Charge is a good EDC for average people. Thanks for responding.

  • Each tool has it's advantages however, the surge is just to big and heavy for EDC.

  • Wow... I never knew that.... :P Also.. from 7:48-7:51 you will see a dog pass by on the right hand side next to his knee

  • Wow... I never knew that.... :P
