near at the beach pa un mga pool d2... ung hotel nila ung room nila 4th class. kaya sulit ung P40,000 muh d2.....

ganda nga kaso anlayo nman dpat me sasakyan k tlga. exclusive 4 members 2 pero pwde k i-endorse ng isang member dun... panget yng part n malapit sa beach kc andami coral. pero hayep ang view sa double swimming pool, out of this world... over-all its nice.

@LetOnGuitar I think it's about P1,000,000 pesos per clubshare but this is limited and by invitation only. There are annual dues too as well a membership dues. If you purchase a house and lot or a lot then it comes with one clubshare which grants you priviledges in the resort such as use of the ammenities, clubhouse, pools, etc. There are some fees that are paid if you dock your yacht or want ammenities such as the Spa but at club members prices. First class ammenities for sure.
