when you pay the 1000g fee youll have 2 tabs on your talent tab... you can either switch to any one of them as long as your not in arenas or combat

they run on separate respec tabs so if your on 50g now youll have a 50g talent tree and the new one which you bought will start at 1g then go up as you respec on that talent tree

So are most people lol. You can't use any of these features until they actually activate it on the server. Just like when WOTLK was first released. I got mine 3 days before it was actually dispatched. But once i installed it I couldn't access or use any of the features because the server wasn't activated.

Blizzard is fucked up this game is nothing but a perpetual attempt of Blizzard trying to balance it and it never gets solved. Dual spec its about fucking time. Late just like everything they do. Yup Wow is also going to close 63 servers and lose half of its population so it can be just like WAR. I played War beta tested it and so on they f**************************ed up bad. Boasting about shortest production time never allowing beta tester to play the whole game. Getting rid of 10/6 gear. To many scenarios. Crap end game gear. O and no city siges. There is latency, and frames per second. when you simply say "lag" that's an generalization. now some people just don't understand which type of "lag" comes from what, i.e. slow connection = high latency, low end pc = low fps. Anyway, yes, Wow has a huge community and many servers. I'd be VERY surprised if there wasn't occasional issues now and then, especially after new patches
