The ordinary criminal justice system is the ONLY justice system terrorists should be tried in. It's the only way to guarantee their civil rights and rights as human beings. I don't trust the military courts to try terrorists fairly worth beans. At least in a courtroom they have access to a lawyer, and will presided over by an legally impartial judge. Fact: We have sucessfully conducted many other terrorism trials
Fact: These terrorists are no different from the previously successfully prosecuted terrorists, in fact, we've prosecuted people who were much worse
Fact: People who do not believe American justice can successfully convict terrorists obviously don't believe in it at all.
Fact: John Boehner, Rudy G., and John Woo are all against having trials in this country.
Fact: This makes them all wusses
