I personally used the one from "50inchvertical (dot) com" though just about any training prog is fine if they work (which many do not)

So my basketball teammate GoldLakerLion just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over a foot higher! What he followed the training program over at "50inchvertical [dot] com" and gained over 15 inches in his vertical leap!
It seems the Clippers are gonna beat the hell out of the Lakers most of the time this year for once. I don't mind. I love Kobe's game, I like Gasol's too, and the Lakers in general have played very well for a while as far as I'm concerned, but you know, things have to change at some point. And a change with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, and the Clippers finally managing to be a real contender, that's a good way to change for me. =)
@coolguyinthe562 i just figured out that 60% of a winning teams fan base are bandwaggons 40% are real fans in this case (the clippers) it might be 80% bandwaggons 20% real fans i lived in LA between 1997 and 2005 i did not know one clipper fan not a single fan thats what im talking about
im feelin all the ally oops and all....but i hope they get the defense and fundamentals of the game down packed and not go hollywood no D type ball cause most athletic teams like the heat, thunder, magic, you know teams like those aint gonna be playin that shit deep in the playoffs you know...but i think they will get it
better that he went to the clippers, cos the lakers would've lost at least one of their 7 footers to get him, while the clippers keep their beastly frontcourt, picked up Butler, Chauncey. prob need a better shooting guard and some more depth, but contenders.
@Convisis if they got howard for bynum it would have made up for it. the trade was legit. stern vetoed it wrongly. demps is viewed as incompetent when it was agreed that all 3 teams wanted the deal he had the autonomy taken from him due to subpar owners and so called small market sellability(weak). creating another super team at the expence of the lakers rockets and hornets. his reasoning was self righteous and autocratic.
