First of all

You need to have Halo 3 ODST

Complete certain achievements, which are

Good Samaritan, Vidmaster Endure

and just download Halo Waypoint,

go to gamelibrary launch it up,

then go to achievements on halo waypoint and you unlock Avatar awards which include Avatar Recon, Avatar ODST armor + a 343 guilty spark property. Cool huh? =]

you get them by completing achievemnts on halo 3 odst. for the recon helmet you have to get endure, and then for the odst armor u have to get the good samaritin achievemnt.

you cant actually get proper ODST armour like in the game, its normal green armour but the helmet doesnt cover the entire face, its basically like what the marines wear
