  • This was just what I was looking for! They just installed a new machine in the gym in my building and it came with a pull up bar and I just bought the Ab slings to do the knee raises for my abs as most of the excercises I do now are just not that effective anymore. This is a very effective workout. incorporating it into a 5 day powerlifting/pro-wrestler type workout... in my late 40's,,, sadly ~~~ i still cant perform about some of the exercises, but it is making a huge improvment... on the 4 week & the wifey cant thank you enough for posting this video. I cant thank you enough...

  • hey hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got hot Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

    

  • This workout is amazing. I do these two days a week and started four weeks ago. (1 minute resting between each workout.) of course i cant do everything completely but about 60 percent of it. and first i could like 20 percent so yup. This is good ppl. You could notice the changes since the first week no lie(my gf told me so and so manyother girls =).. Abs and everything. Of course with some other workout for abs and jogging. (not all at da same day of course).

    SO THIS DOES WORK OUT!!!!!!

  • great job and good list to do .....only in 5 minutes with 10 minutes total if u took about a 1 minute rest in between ...

  • I also incorperated this into P90X, and it %100 works! Not kidding, it not only gets you ripped but strong as hell. The first day I could not finish but only a couple weeks later I'm making it through the whole thing, its just hard as hell. I recommend Scott's AB/Pull up bar workout to everyone.

  • i have a small belly and man boobs but they are really hard underneath because i have been doing an insane amount of press ups. if i do this work-out and others alike, will i eventually have a good figure. please could someone help me with my minor problem. cheers :-) ( and my arms are fine)

  • @willo218 If you run alot youll lose your man boobs. Itll take a while but eventually theyll go away

  • hey man can you help me. i cant straighten my leg for the leg raises because i'm probably not flexible. is there anyway i can change that so i would be able to straighten my legs instead of having them semi bent. thanks great vid btw subbed

    dude a question so clearly u have no belly fat... and we all know no matter how much ab work outs u do with belly fat they wont show any ideas on how to lose the belly fat?

  • the pull up bar you can get one go to target,wallmart sports authority in the sports section its the perfect pullups they have the atachments for your arms to do leg raises
