  • Wow, Very nice!

  • Wonderful collection, thanks for sharing.

  • woow cool

  • OMG That is the most TV's i have seen form someone on youtube.

  • Thanks Al!

  • Wonderful collection! I have a question for you. I have a Zenith entertainment system model 8345H (color tv, AM/FM radio, record player) in a dark wood cabinet purchased in 1965. Do you have any recommendation for how I could find out how much it is worth and possibly sell it? (I'm in the US ..Colorado.) Thanks!

  • @im4him125 Hi Friend, thanks for the kind comment. About values the best place to go is to the Ebay site.

    All the best! Al Massini

  • WOW this is bigger than mine...My collection is filling a garage for an european size car,and half my room....And those are just Hungarian -made Orion and Videoton tv-s,mostly,and a Beijing from China and some "CCCP"tv-s

  • I showed it's video to my wife. Now she happy that I have "only" 38 TV sets.... (but this number increases for 4-5 units for a year!) Before of this she thinked that I was the only "mad for TV's" in the world!ì :) Great collection, best greetings from Italy! Enrico.

  • You should open a museum with such a great collection.

  • 3:32 is there a ghost in the background behind the three TVs?

  • @DosKanonos1994 Yeahhhh!!! Sure there is a ghost, but I know very well who is. You have nice eyes, was the very first one to see that spectrum.

  • Finally!, Someone who dose'nt smash old electronics! I'm gonna start saving up every computer that I ever own in my lifetime. Just because something is really old dose'nt make it trash!

  • How did you collect so many TV's? How long have you been collecting them?

  • Wow, amazing collection. The very first tv, is this an Admiral that sits on a table that turns? Does it have an AM radio as well? Might be like the one my Mom had when I was a small child. I haven't seen that set since I was about 7 years old. (I'm 48 now) It stopped working and my folks donated it to charity. Very cool collection.

  • how many tv do you have in your collection ?

  • great job guy

  • Keep on collecting those old T.V.'s! They may be worth alot in the future! This is probably the best video I have seen!

  • Niceeee

  • WOW! you own so many TVs!

  • Very nice. I felt like I went back in time. I love vintiage televisions. I must say, you have them in a nice orderly fasion. You should open a museum.

  • A museum exhibit FOR SURE!!!!

What else can you do with those???

    Sound video art.....hahahaha

Hook up some vintage computer games.

  • how did you get that big of a collection

  • very cool collection!

The information on the SEMP box are in Portuguese!

  • I really enjoyed your collection. Everything very clean and ordered. Well done!

  • Thanks for your kind comment.

  • I have 6 old t.v.s and my husband thinks that's alot. Not really, I need more like what you have - you have more t.v.s than I even dreamed 1 single person could own. Your collection is intensely and very massively very beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! I love old t.v.s, my husband says 6 is more than enough, and he says I can't get anymore.....but, that's what he thinks ;)

  • The solution is very easy! Continue to buy the old tvs on ebay, and ask the seller to send with ribbons and a card written, " from your hubby with love" and stay out till it arrives. Easy!!!

  • How many years of paychecks would you have needed, to pay for all those TVs when they were new?

  • In 1969--we paid $1200 Can. ($1000 US) for a new Zenith 26" colour.

  • So lets see....there must be100 tvs here, more or less. If they all cost 1200$, that's 120,000$ (and if they don't, the more expensive ones should make up for the cheaper ones). With inflation, that $1200 TV would cost almost 7000$ 2009, so, 100 7000$ would cost roughly 700,000$ in todays money. That's a lifetime of paychecks :)

  • Ok bobbo, now figure this out. In 1966 a good colour TV sold for $1200. A new Ford Galaxie 289 auto sold for $3000. Today Walmart could sell that 26" colur fo about $225-275.. The Ford Crown Vic sells for 30,000. Where did we go wrong??

  • We realized how much more useful a car is than a tv.

  • car made in u s a

    t v made in china

  • my wife thinks that i have a lot of radios and tv- well definite you have more tvs than me- hermosa coleccion de tvs-saludos desde usa

  • Troubles with boring wife?

Very, very easy to solve. Just start a new collection now...collect wives...while they are fighting with each other, you will have time to the radios and tvs.

    Easy! ah, hah hah hah...

    Gracias por su comentario.

  • My husband thinks 6 old t.v.s are too much, for 1 room no less - albeit the bedroom...ha! Not to mention 4 record players...let's see a few more reel-to-reels, vcrs, 8-track players, laserdisc players.... some people jus't don't understand, you know...

  • i need a tv. can you spare me one? :P

  • I notice a Zenith panarama 25" color (curved silver console) circa 1979. Did Zenith sell sets new in Brazil, or was it a recent import to Brazil?

  • No, Zenith never sold that kind of set in Brazil. I have 2 of them, but both were bought new, in New York by a brazilian family, and converted here from original NTSC to PAL-M, in the 70's.

In 1972, a brazilian factory called "Denison" from Rio de Janeiro, made a 26" Zenith Chromacolor Pal-M model under license, just for one year. I have one of these sets in the collection, today is a true rare set, few were produced and sold.

  • maybe I am asking something obvious but I wonder - how can you convert once produced NTSC set into PAL? (unless its multi- or at least two-system)?

  • perfect collection, would be very interesting to see the inner side of all these old TV sets

  • fantastic vintage tv collection, thanks for posting

  • Hi,

Can you tell me more about SEMP?

    Is it a brazilian company?

Which is it´s relation with Toshiba.

How good were these Semp in comparison with

Philips, GE etc... ate that time?

    Best regards,

    Mario.

Tinha apenas umas duas valvulas. Valeu!!
