It´s Pauline Murray from punk/new wave group Penetration. I´ve always liked this song, one of the best duets, imo. Pauline Murray also recorded some good stuff with the Invisible Girls - check out "Mr X" on youtube.

This is a great song. Nobody ever heard it on radio.
I remember playing it on campus radio in my college days, and the women were just weak-kneed when they asked me about 'that song'.
Better than 90% of the crap out there, but unknown.
