Granted, what Tom is doing is indeed immoral and not part of the "justice" he was so righteously preaching last episode. However, I can't condone him for his actions; after all, Kyle may not have killed Jordan Collier personally, but it was his body that pulled the trigger.

If you think about it, they kept Kyle in quarantine for so long when he was possessed by that messenger from the future; how long do you think he'd have to sit in jail while they figure out how to try his case this time?

Why is he so ready to let someone else go to jail for the crime his son committed? It doesn't matter if the guy was in and out of jail all the time, the point is that he might be getting killed for something he didn't do.
