For Rosalina u just have saved data from SMG (Super Mario Galaxy) and just put in Mario Kart Wii and then the screen will come up to say that u un-locked Rosalina. It's a easier way. I even got her that way :D

omg !!! to unlock rosalina you have to beat all wii cups in mirror mode at least in a one star rank... and to unlock mirror mode you have to get 1st in every cups in 150cc...

or you can get a super mario galaxy saved file and when you play mario kart wii, rosalina is unlocked.. lol

I'd say, just go to Blockbuster (or wherever you rent games) and get Super Mario Galaxy and make a save file. You don't have to play it all, just have a save file. Then, play Mario Kart, open your file and Rosalina should be available.
