@teach1st when I was in the D.A.R.E program our shirts were black with D.A.R.E in red then in white it says to resist drugs and violence

Hello all. I graduated from the dare program in 1997 i was 12 years old and i now 24 and i am proude to say i kept my promise to be drug free. and i Hope all of you who take the plage too ! it somthing really great i can tell my children when there older that mommy never did. where my parents could not say that.. Keep up all the good work and you dont need to give in to preprasher of drugs to have fun. becuse you can have fun with out them. Good luck to all of you and have a great graduation

I had my D.A.R.E Graduation in 5th grade. I was wearing a pink skirt with purple flowers on it and one of my classmates was in my business about what I was wearing. I did not care what he was saying because I do not like to wear jeans at all. My mom told me the same thing that my classmate told me by asking me why I was not wearing jeans like everybody else and I told her that I don't know.
