Replaced the sepenine belt tensioner and belt. There is a tsb for the tensioner and ac bracket, however I just replaced the tensioner and all is good for now. Had to use a 10mm smaller belt because the pulley on the new tensioner is smaller. Also my truck is supercharged so belt routing is different.

pully out of alignment causing the belt to start to slip off a pulley somewhere and then snap back on?
