The Yoga Nidra practice should not be given by a Lady strictly as it has a divine Nyasa bondage.
Women body is impure and the Nyasa is to purify the elements in conjugation to the Lord..
As written in scriptures.....
e;g.like on a cigarette case it is written "smoking Kills" but still people smoke! Dnt follow and get the repercussions...
