That's why aggregation and affiliation was dumb idea all those regional TV station lost their independence and all they are now are branch offices of the big 3 TV networks, with no more local content or programming decisions being made locally anymore.
I wonder if SC10 will do a similar ident next year when it is the 50th anniversary of the opening of BCV 8 Bendigo (SC's original station, SC10 transmits on BCV's old frequency).
Actually, the GET network also comprised NEN9/ECN8 Tamworth/Taree as well as NRN11/RTN8 and DDQ10/SDQ4. Each station was co-branded eg. GET 9-8, GET 11-8 and GET 10-4-5a.
Just a couple of correctins.. hope you don't mind.
GET was Great Eastland Television.. no "s" at the end of Eastland.
You also pointed out it was a collective including SDQ-4 Warwick.. that is true but the parent station was not RTQ-7.. that station is in Rockhampton.. it's parent at the time was DDQ-10 Toowoomba.
Ironically.. RTQ-7 and DDQ-10 are now collectively WIN TV.

No worries, I'm happy to be corrected if I made a few mistakes.
I must have gotten Toowoomba and Rockhampton mixed up somewhere along the line.
I'll make the corrections now.

I remember this ID, well, it was only a few years ago. Interesting to see all previous logos.
