This is an excellent song, performed by many talented professional musicians. How come this version comes up near the top if you simply search for the song? I'd rather actually see a video of the musicians performing the song.
Unfortunately in the current moment of rampant narcissism enabled by all our social networking systems actual talent is often obscured by just another average person craving attention.
Why is a sing along so popular? Have we collectively lost the desire for authenticity?
@ratdogfan Because it Rocks... that's Stephen Stills in the background singing that "Yeah" Yeah and those other bg vocals. Delaney wrote this song for the kids to jump rope to... they called it "The Jump Rope Song"
One of my fav. songs in the world and a sweet lady singing it to boot, thanks raymilauren I crank this when I am having a bad day at work think I'll crank it up now. Great song
You know, I could care less about this video, but I DO love this song; played it over and over when it was first released; would love finding it on a CD....
LOL!!! Check out :14 thru remainder of song...Does anyone else in YouTube Land think she looks 'almost' exactly like Lady GaGa a la natural (pre-platinum) hair color? I'm hoping I'm not the only one who sees this resemblance....
This was my song many years ago. I had a great girlfriend. Sadly, good things seem to be in the past. Especially when you get older. The end is near. Bring it on!
raymi reminds of the vapid dull witted hippy chicks i knew in the 60's video ain't bad but she could have skipped the nose picking at about 56 seconds in
So what is that area that you and the mysterious driver were going through? The scenery looks nice outside the window. A body of water, and a neighborhood that seems to have an interstate running through it. Yes the hair did grow quickly which is good at least it does, right? Have a Good Day, Ducky
Delaney was my father's first cousin and my second. One of my fav's of theirs, along with Only You Know and I Know.

UNLUCKY 13 or LUCKY 13???: "Never Ending Song Of Love" peaked at No. 13 and spent a total of 15 weeks on Billboard's Top 100 in 1971...
{Was it bad luck to have peaked at #13 or good luck that it spent 15 weeks on the charts???}
N o t e: Delaney Bramlett passed away on December 27th, 2008... R.I.P.

@nayr497 That's not the case at all. Unfortunately there is no recorded video of Delaney and Bonnie doing this song.
The poster is a fan, she was listening in the car.. who are you fault her for that?
How unfair of you.. Who are you to fault anyone?
...by the way, I know what I am talking about as far as no recorded video of this song..
I worked for Delaney Bramlett up until he passed away.
Show some respect, for the poster and the song.

Before Delaney passed away he re-recorded this song and it will be on an upcoming CD.
This was the last song played at the Memorial for Delaney on Jan. 2, 2009.
