I concur with 2alarmboy1, and commend you both for scratch-building trikes. @Lj1garza, I hope your fan is enough cooling for that air-cooled MC engine! They usually don't do so good when installed in the rear and enclosed. Perhaps aluminum ducting around engine to allow fan to force more air but I'm sure you have that all worked out and will also have a temperature gauge ;-)
I built a Tri-Magnum from start to finish . The XR3 is much more complex than my build. My hat is off to you so many people talk about building things very few get it done. Great Job!
When I first saw the TriMagnum in Popular Mechanics back in the '80's, I wanted to build one, but was newly married an couldn't afford it. It took a motorcycle wreck, six surgeries, and a year recovery to find the XR3. I was Googling for the TriMagnum plans and found Riley's website and the XR3 plans offering. The rest is history.
