Eat a organic orange or grapefruit - I think broccoli may have vitamin c in it but even if it does not it is good for you.  Kiwi fruit is good. Don't eat foods made with fluoridated water.

Spring water is good- You also want to start eating more organic raw foods to avoid exposure to fluoridated pesticide on foods not in the USDA organic program
