You need to have started a fairy tale part II and did the first step. You don't even need the requirements of the quest to get to fairy rings.

you just need to do the first part of the quest (like just start it and do some talking, you dont even need teh requirements) takes like 5 mins b4 u can use fairy rings

Did you have a dramen staff or lunar staff equipped? Because otherwise it will say "You can only use these when wielding fairy magic" or something similar. You get a dramen staff by doing the lost city quest (it's the one to get into zanaris aka the lost city). If you lost it you can get it back by chopping the tree in the dungeon on entrana and using a knife on the branch you get.

It's easy to get.. You don't need the requirements for the fairy tale part 2 quest to get acces to them..

Well if u can use fairy rings, u know it. In vid is described what code u need to get there. U need to be member and did the first part of a fairy tale part 2 to use fairy rings.
