Its amazing how the lack of being strapped in turns an "intense thrill" into a dice with a gruesome death. And yes, Final Destination 3 is only a film, unless I been dodging death continuously for 18 years just to die on the new "Nemesis - what Lies Beneath" apparently coming out this year...  = O)] Last comment lol - always check your seatbelt before rides begin, then wave your hands freely like a manic... and next time, take care of Yourself......and each other.... = D)

KMSL "You really think you're gonna crack against the rock..." [Try really thinking you're blood is going to turn all that fake red blood real....or really thinking that your going to lose your grip and flick off the side of the rollercoaster....or really thinking that your going to fall in the middle of a "Zero-G roll" [loop] and get electricuted by the rails while the rollercoaster comes back down and either runs you over or knocks you flying clean out of the Alton Towers resort at 50MPH...

I nearly died on this rollercoaster in July 1994. I was 11 and the staff didn't strap me in properly. I still cant believe that was 18 years ago. would this ride have still become this popular if I died on it the month it was release? To me, that's the 54 million dollar question, however if I older than 11 years old at the time I woulda probably sued for 64 million doll...sorry pounds. It's still my favourite ride though. Crazy...

I found that ride pretty much scary lol i went on nemesis last year in 2009, i shutted my eyes all the way through it.

iwas also glad when it fiished. but i did collapsed or fainted. due to that ride.

i always had fear of nemesis.

I would never go near it. one day last year i wanted to try get on it stay on it. lol

@neilgreenwell same but tbf every coasters got to go someday i think they shouldnt get rid of nemesis and dismantle it and replace the track in the exactly same place...lol i thought it was pretty funny how john sed this is the smoothest coaster youll ever go on...but today its not i went a week ago and we were on front row and ur thrown everywhere...i wnt 13 to go and replaced by corkscrew v2 waist of time and land...cnt wait for 2011 and 2014 (new coaster and thrill ride

@THN1324 The back throws you around much more because it's faster. B&M coasters are smooth though in comparison to others, just go on Infusion at Blackpool & you'll notice the difference, that ride is rough.

i look nat pov's all the time and it looks smooth,,,,i think the only reason nemesis is bumpy at the back is coz the rest of the car is draggin u its the sme as any uva coaster! :)

@THN1324 I went on Infusion twice in a row when it was called Traumatizer (at Southport). Great ride, but gave me back-ache for days afterward. It's probably the 2nd best SLC in the Uk next to Nemesis. Yeah you're right Nemesis is faster at the back cos the front pulls you down, so you're constantly up to speed, & if you sit on the right, it's even stronger. I've managed 7 rides in a row, then got a headache so I had a break while walking towards Rita & Oblivion. Check out my HD Alton vids. : )

@THN1324 I don't know if they operate at night, I just searched online but couldn't find anything about it being open at night, I now that they light it up though, anyway I hope they do so you can go on Infusion, & it looks great lit up at night judging by the photos I've seen online. The closing times for the Pleasure Beach are on the official website, (8pm or 5pm in October), according to what day you go.
