    i live in vandalia... and was up by iowa the night this warning was issued... i get severe weather updates via my phone.. nothing like being 5 hours away and not knowing what is goin on back home... i was freaking out

  • i get a kick out of how many different ways its pronounced when tornado warnings are issued... i think my fav is over the scanner from NOAA... they say

  • they can probably correct that in the phonetic database of their system. I will pass along a note to the NWS about that one. Humans are harder to train it seems. LOL
