To fix all your problems first reset your modem or getaway then disconnect your xbox then reconnect then all you have to do is follow the this guy gave you and if it doesnt work then your problem maybe that other people in your house is using the Internet if so then turn them of then your problem should be fixed if none of these work then it is your internet supplier

If you have a strict or moderate nat type just simply eject your black ops disc without turning your system off. Load up modern warfare 2 then put black ops back in again without turning off the system. Then you should have a open nat type. I've never had this problem myself but my friend said it worked for him.

The reason this works is because by choosing locale it will only put you into servers which are close to you- Less latency.

In pc by the way you get to choose from a server list :D
