No its not u tool, I am actually running an aftermarket reg which isn't installed at the time of that video, the stock regs are gutted. It is an RB20 fuel rail which is the same as a GTR fuel rail and the only reason you would ever upgrade it would be so that you can have a tug over it.

That throttle body has a 115mm external diameter. I couldn't get a 4" silicon joiner to fit on it.
