Good at sustaining the note. BUT, watch out for your health... just look at your body compression while you sing, you're goona hurt yourself. You're probably trying to do with your entire body what should be done with the diafragm only. And that's the reason for the weak result (but still, a great sustained head voice).

You slide into falsetto, work on keeping it in your head register, don't allow yourself to use a crutch. Work on your breath support, I doubt you could do that in a live setting, you seem to be working too hard as is.
