under arm jiggle? cardio? i understand that its better to work your entire body instead of just trying to focus on one area and everything, but im pretty sure the technical answer to underarm jiggle are lots of dips and push ups, mostly dips, but push ups help
@aarnsafag I think you misunderstood him. He did not say spot REDUCE, but spot TRAIN. Spot reduce is losing fat for specifc part of your body, as Tony mentioned it is impossible. Spot train is training a specific part of your body, this is absolutely possible (bicep curls, dips, chest flies, etc)
p90x came out in 2004 when he was 45. He's slimmed down since then. However, he's still in amazing shape in his 50s. Like he said.. "yoga is the fountain of youth." Who's gonna be lifting heavy weights in their 70s. But we can do yoga!

It's a lot of hard work and it's really tough mentally since I really had to make sudden changes in diet, but I can seriously already feel some positive effects of this program!

If I do workout as this says I should, and eat better (drink lots of water, little meals, 6 times a day) when should i see results? I'm on week two and i only feel tired and sore=[. i want chocolate!
you need to get more antioxidants and or protein to repair the damage this program does. You shouldn't be feeling too sore after the first week really. As far as when you'll see results, everyone is different. I started to notice more definition in week 2, but you may be taking fat from other parts of your body and not your arms yet. Just hang in there, it'll go away eventually.
YES IT DOES! YES IT DOES! YES IT DOES! And even with all the exercise programs I've done in the past, none have ever provided me with these physical results (yes, I can lose pounds, but this has actually toned me). GOOD LUCK with this programs - it's worth every moment!
