"Hilary is winning popular vote" no matter how you add it up neither one will have more than a half of a percent lead over the other candidate now, or by the time it's over.

"delegate count is close" Obama is winning by about four percent

So according to McAuliffe:

4% is close but less than 1/2 of 1% is winning
