Azam is amazing fluent in both Urdu and Farsi. What's interesting is when she sang the Pakistani folk song Allah hee Allah, she sang it in Urdu down to the Pakistani accent of the language. When she sang "The Hunt" in Farsi, she sang it right down in an iranian accent. That is what's amazing about Azam. She's not an amature immitating Irani or Pakistani cultures. Her soul owns both cultures (and probably many more). Much respect to her.

It is not exactly an Islamic song, it is a traditional sufi poem,the sufism is the mysticism of Islam... The sufism is a way of life full of tolerance, peace and love. So... the song tells us about the devotional idea about Allah. It is very beautiful.

What the movie doesn't tell us, but what the history tells us, is that afer this happening, the Persians did conquer from the Greeks. And years later, Alexander the Great, took revenge on them and conquered a great part of Asia. But even a great king as Alexander was intriguid (i think i wrote this wrong) by the Persian culture. No matter how they showed the Persians in the movie 300, I think most of the people know how rich the old Persian culture was and how rich the new Persian culture is.
