The beginning part is from their first record, a song called Why Dream (About The Future). It leads into...I'm not sure. It sounds like a jam more than an actual song but I'm probably wrong. These boys can play, that's all I know.
Vader, I think this focus song was just composed right before this TV show. I Saw they play this music with this line up in may 2005, and in the concert it was already called Aya Yuppy Hippie-Yeah, which was released in their newest album FOcus 9 in 2006.

the new guitarist is called Niels van de Steenhoven, Akkerman left in the seventies.
