  • Step on the daggerboard about half way between the hull & the tip of the board (stepping on the tip of the board is even faster, but can break the board on some boats)

  • I Agree, the recovery should be much more dynamic and fast.

    With two people try "scooping" one in the cockpit while the other rights it.

    Good effort but keep practicing

    it should take you no more than ten seconds to right a boat that size.
