It's not a flop. As you can see there is contact. Shaq could have probably stood up if he wanted to, but if he gets contact and intentionally falls down it's called a "charge". Read some Nba rules before uploading videos like this.

Basketball is a contact sport, dumbass. I know that Shaq is much stronger than Dirk, and he could knock him over easily. He bent backwards instead and hit the ground. That may be a smart play half the time, but this time it wasn't for two reasons - 1.) he was inside the semicircle where charges cannot be drawn and 2.) dirk couldn't knock him down if he wanted to.
