Does she twice say, "Change a tadpole"? Seems an odd sort of direction to give during a dance routine, but I'm no expert as regards tadpoles. Two very nice moves and I always like Sandra's approach.

I believe " Change a tadpole " is actually " Change of hand hold " meaning " - Change hands from left to your right.

The " Springer " shown here is a combination of a Catapult and a sort of " clockwise lady Walk-around with hand-change"
