What they need to do is go with a federal law that has a 24 hour clause. If you are arrested and cannot prove legal resident status within 24 hours, you are on a bus headed for the border, period.

If a state wants to prosecute you for a felony, then you live in a big tent with 5,000 other illegal alien felony suspects and eat nothing but green bologna until your trial.

These people are NOT citizens, so they should be afforded the bare minimum to maintain their health, but they must go.
