I didnt really like how they threw in the shower scene in there, 'cause well the shower scene in PE 2 had a purpose, to show that a boss was coming, whereas the shower scene in 3rd BD served as fanservice.

This theme was the only thing that made the 3rd Birthday feel like Parasite Eve. But after the lovely remixed Primal Eyes theme, the game no longer feels like Parasite Eve.

@snakeony It was the theme for the 2nd game too, sadly though, SquareEnix is only using the song because they can't come up with anything great on their own much anymore, and this 'remix' really isn't any great, and sadly the game really blows hard compared to the first two, I am saddened by this....

Enix is a lost cause and can't even make good games anymore, ruining the FF brand and rehashing the Kingdom Hearts series and even the PE series. What else are they going to fuck up?!

@Mounce2 It's not that bad that they reuse a theme for a game series. Kingdom Hearts uses Dearly Beloved to connect all of their games together under one unified title. This is just the sound everyone recognizes most from the Parasite Eve franchise. In a way, the theme embodies the series itself. In that sense then it is truer to the original games if they keep the same theme instead of abandoning it through the passage of time. :)

@lightningkyria Well, not saying as if keeping a theme everyone recognizes is a bad thing, it's just when they try to change it in a remix-like fashion, but it just is a Hit or miss, and to me this is just, sorta both? It's got PE all over it but it's also sorta trying too hard it feels like, unsure how to describe it.

Here's a little spoiler action for you. In the entire game you are playing as Eve in Aya's body. Basically Eve is 16 or younger (I think, I am doing this on the fly) and she is in Aya's body. So what you are obsessing over is a 16 year old in a 30 some year olds body. The fact that you think a VG character is hot in the first place kind of questions what you are looking for in life.
