Some actually do it well while others have heavier lisp. ou can still hear that in her voice a small lisp there. I think she was born with no hair in the ears to catch different soundwaves but im sure she was able to here faint ones.

@iseefurtherthanyou She's had hearing aids since she was 2, but none of them worked as well as the one you see in the other video. She can read lips, too, which help her actually SAY words. I know a woman who is deaf and she can respond to me as long as I am looking at her, so she knows what I'm saying. She can talk very well with her voice, not only through signing.

@TheBendyRuler buddy. I, with emphasis on I, am deaf with severe hearing loss. I've been around all types of deaf people with all types of hearing levels. I can hear pretty well with my hearing aids and i can hear her agreeing and repeating after the guy. How is that even possible for her if she was completely deaf? She would need to watch his lips very closely.. And even then speech is only 40% visible on the mouth. 60% is all guesswork and madlibs. Obviously i'm not the ignorant one.

I know a guy who was born deaf, and his mother says a child can either use sign language, or learn to speak and be able to speak fully. It takes a lot of practice, but it can be done. I've met a cashier who was deaf and she spoke perfectly. With a lot of determination, you can do anything, and with God's blessing, that is even more so. So really people--LET THIS WONDERFUL WOMAN LIVE WITH THE NEW, WONDERFUL SOUNDS!

@simplypancakes The other video is not fake. I have a deaf friend who was born deaf and he can speak. He learned how to speak. That's a lot of misconceptions about dead people. Most people don't think they can speak. Why? It's just most people don't like speaking, but doesn't mean they can't.
