  • i live in central florida but if i lived in the everglades i would kill em just because they are fucking invasive just like the moniters down there

  • I feel bad for the snakes... But.. I don't know how I feel about all this.. I my self own a few burms and love them to death but.. They are killing so much wild life some that some people havent seen for years and.. This is for the best for the snakes and the people and florida

  • FLORIDA PASSED THE BAN! OO-RAH!!

  • ,jjhgiugiu

  • @TombstoneAnnieOakly I know this reply is pointless because you can't read nor type normaly, but can you reply that last comment in English? Second your an illterit peice of shit.

  • first i dont even live in FL second im not fucken white, Snakes are not evil u religous duche they have there place in this world i never said pythons in the glades were not destructive, but if u look around u and get ur head out of u rass u will know that people have the biggest impact on the earth dumb ass. EVery animal has a place, so for likeing snakes u gonna tar and feahter me? hahahaha its intollerant asses like u that are sick

  • people are the mosst deadly invasive species... we basicly destry everything... and im no tree hugger i'm just not ignorant....

  • Sometimes ppl have to deal with

snakes,it's so many burms in Florida

in I heard thiers cobras on top of that

while searching for a Burmese you

mite get a really bad bite from a african cobra.

  • off

  • i would chop your head

  • I see that your a very reasonable person. Do me a favor and tell me the how many people in the U.S. a year die to non native spieces. Your veiws are outlandish and im sure tomarrow morining when i check my emails theres going to be some stupid as comment made in your behalf.

  • I saw this documentary of all these nile monitors green iguanas and burms in florida and one burmese swallowed an alligator and exploded :S

  • they better not start the slaughter

  • i dont know why they dont just make this dangerous invasive species 'open season'

  • btw... 7 weeks left before the slaughter begins.

  • Outdoor Life, October issue, page 8 "...estimates as high as 150, 000." We've moved up my deadline. Florida is expected to have a cold & wet winter. Great! They'll go to the hammocks to escape the wind. Being cold-blooded they can watch us walk right up to them with machetes, hatchets, battle axes & swords look them right in the eye and WHACK! Another python decapitated. Clean out one hammock, go to the next, slaughter all pythons in sight, move on, repeat. Death to the INVADERS!

  • you are the dick head you fatass

  • good those stupid things are everywhere, i stepped on one in big cypress wma

  • You commented that you would prefer not to have the snakes euthanized and you would like to see something else done with them rather than destroy them... With tens of thousands of snakes to deal with, what would you suggest be done with them once these are captured? #2 you mentioned "tax payers dollars" being spent... Do you know exactly how much is budgeted for this project? #3 Why do they call it "hunting" why not "capturing"? Thanks for taking theime :)

    M

  • Because they are killing them on site, Not Capturing them. This video is a bit misinforming.

  • You've got 3 months before I wade into them. I got plenty of relatives living in south florida helping me not to mention their friends who are killing them with great gusto. I'm sure by the time we're all done by spring the gators & vultures will be well fed. Some take their hides, some their heads but mostly we slaughter them & leave the carcasses. We're trying to salvage our state. You willing to help? No? Then stay away & STFU!

And don't let your's get loose. If I come across it it's DEAD!

  • I've killed 34 pythons to date, throughout central & south florida but most in the glades so don't tell me their numbers are a lie.

Most airboaters won't see them bcause a lot of them are in the hammocks. Shotgun or machete, it don't matter. They don't belong HERE! I'm doing my part by slaughtering everyone of them I come across. I've improved my hunting methods & hope to kill 100 by the end of this coming winter. Wanna stop the slaughter? Get off your lazy asses & find them before I do!

  • what happened to mike?

  • it was a retic not a brum!!!

  • I caught/killed 5 already from 3-7 feet long !

  • Wow!!! Guess what no one really wants to hear about that. Go fuck yourself!!!

  • I have been to Glades countless times never saw a python nor have met anyone who works there who has. I suspect much of the news reports ,etc are staged . They are there but not in the numbers some say. I know 2 guys who work in Glades going on 10 yrs and not one sighting even most of the air boat drivers have not seen one

  • yo dick head they just found a 17 foot python two days ago in okeechobee it weighed 207lbs wasnt a pet...

  • lol the media here likes to turn a 12 foot 50 pound snake into a 300 lb monster. I doubt it was 17 ft nor weighed 207lbs. The only dick head is your mother

  • thats teh american government for ya, always wanting to kill something

  • i dont useually agree with you. but when you say at the end. "good luck with that" god thats so perfect. tax dollars well spent. is also a nice lil slap to them.. god i hate how this world is unfolding.

  • what song is this

  • no the ones being hunt for

  • way dont they sell them

  • yes they do

  • just to let evryone know if a nonnative species is found in the wild, and this has been happening for many years and especially in florida, they legally have to be removed, which i agree with but euthanizing them is wrong. and good luck trying to find a snake in the wild when mine used to get out it took weeks tro find in my own house nvrmind the wild lol

  • ive been to the everglades dozens of times and ive never seen any burms or other big snakes :(

  • lol its funny you dont know how to spell BURMESE python this is the second video by you where you spelled burmese with 2 s's

  • LOL your right!!! its a bad habbit

  • Pretty good cover by Coheed and Cambria, if that is correct. That is extremely sad and in my opinion, they should take them to shelters n to people who would want Burmese Pythons n can care for them. An other option would releasing them in Burma and South Asia were they live.

  • ""Sen. Bill Nelson and U.S. Rep. Tom Rooney on Tuesday made separate proposals to recruit volunteers to hunt the Burmese pythons infesting Everglades National Park. And the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is working on a plan to recruit experienced snake handlers to stalk them on state lands and kill them with machetes"" Pat Behnke, spokeswoman for the commission, said the most likely arrangement would compensate hunters by allowing them to keep the hide of snakes they kill.

  • thats not the report i read by usa today!

  • USA TODAY is wrong, There report is from over a week ago and inacurate.

  • I JUST POSTED THE REPORT LINK!

  • They are Not being Humanely euthanized, They are all armed Mith Machedes and killed on the spot. I can send you the info links in a pm if you want to read them. Here is just a short quote of there directions from the governor, " " They will photograph it, note the location with a Global Positioning System, take measurements, determine its sex and cut off its head. They will examine its stomach contents on the spot. They will not be allowed to use traps or firearms. ""

  • THATS IMPOSSIBLE AND illegal to kill an animal liek that!!! according to USA TODAY that is th story

  • theyll never get all of them its nearly inpossiable they realy shouldnt banned of all them tho because most pythons are harmless rainboq carpet blood ball ect. all can realy hurt anybody i dun think a full grown ball can kill a new born baby

  • well some people might get mad at me or saying this but some thing had to be done yes i know it is not the snakes fault but they are geting out of control . people should take care of there pets and this would not be happening so every one out there dont get a pet if it is just for show u will do the same as the people out there did . but i do think some thing must be done a bout the snakes out there but i dont think they should killed just brought back were they belong

  • i totaly agree with you. somthing has to be done. maybe send them back to india were they belong

  • Really stupid that they want put them down when it was never the snakes fault to begin with, they should send them to centres and parks where they can be kept alive in secure and healthy conditions, the government should know better than to kill an already endangered species.

  • it sucks that now the snakes have to be killed becuse of the dumbass owners who let them go in the wild.

  • It's not totally because of being released. Some of it could be but who is going to drive all the way to the everglades just to let their snake go? Really, back in 1992 I believe there was a Hurricane, hurricane Andrew and it blew over a Burm Farm, releasing burms. Burms grow up, reproduce, the offspring grow up reproduce etc. then walah, tons of burms.

  • OMG ur dogs name is coco to!!! my poodle is named coco!

  • they also have people that will go out there and shoot them and get paid to do it to there was a show about that on animal planet

  • thats not the report i read!

  • yeah that show was on a couple years ago idk if they still do that or not

  • Its happens. Nothing you can do they are invasive species. They kill native species which is bad. Going out and killing them wont justify anything and its a waste of time and money. I dont think it should be stopped because i dont think it should be started.

  • bet there are more house dogs in fla.

  • thats a fact!

  • I saw that on the news the other day and it really pissed me off,its just horrible.I'm glad mikes ok by the way!
