It's not professional but it is a very high standard amateur theatre group. It is not like your average theatre group, everyone has a very professional attitude.

Well u have to look in the news paper... the only scholarship ive ever known of is at watford school in febuary. you would have to ask the news papers and its only for one year and if your good enough to be concidered for it. not to impune on you but there are a few really good people out there who audition. and its weather Matthew likes u or not aswell. Songtime Theatre Arts was amazing when I was there and it still is! Gone are the days of myself, David Roberts, Chris Carswell, Sarah Jane Price, Michelle Cox...I've performed in some great shows, and I still can't decide which I enjoyed more out of West Side Story and Les Miserable.

I had such a wicked time in my years with Songtime

This looks really good. The set is absolutely amazing (although at some points, it almost looks like there's too much cast for that stage). I think my only complaint is that I think some of the choreography is exactly the same as the movie and, in my opinion, when you have a show that's in both movie and play format, you can't have the same choreography because film and theatre are viewed in COMPLETELY different ways. Hope that's clear enough.

High school musical was made for kids. Kids who watch the movie and know every word to every song and know all of the dance moves and if they dont get a very similar experience then they probably wont like the stage show as much as they love the movie. So with a show like High school musical, or grease, or something with a reputation for its choreography like that you have to keep it very similar. I mean if you were doing grease you wouldnt make up your own way to "hand jive"
