I had an opportunitiy to meet Prof Schein brifely at a Harvard centennial COnference in the HR Track. His thoughts on proposition that all organizations have essentially three kinds of emplyees, the operator class, the designer class and the management class was a powerful thought. Wondering if anyone knows if that is renedered in detail in a book?

Asking for help is THE challenge of the day of managers in the complex problems they face today. Ed is boiling it beautifully down to the essentials.
I truly admire his work :-)
Thanks so much Ed!
