I would never buy a house worth this much even if I was a billionaire. I don't see why you would need 15 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms. That's is crazy that is a waste of money. We have poor people out here that are living on the street. I could take 40 million half of that and help get some of these poor people off the streets. In addition, buy cars for people that might not have a car. I just don't see the point of spending that kind of money on a house.
